Please note there is a minimum order of $20 + GST, this does not include the freight cost. After an order is placed you will be emailed a payment link including the freight cost. As some orders are classified as dangerous goods they attract a surcharge, by individually quoting freight this ensures the minimum shipping cost for all your orders. You are not committed to your order once we have sent you the payment link, if you are happy with the freight costs then proceed via the payment link for credit card payment or alternatively contact us for our bank details for a direct transfer.
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for clearance of direct transfer into our account before goods are shipped.

International orders must be paid via direct bank transfer to our nominated bank account only.
All prices shown on the website include GST and are the discounted price. The discount and discount price relates to our in-store retail prices. To make sure you receive the discount price you must order online and have all products delivered. If you choose to pick-up items you will not receive the discount and pay the regular price.
Orders placed online are valid for 14 days only, after which you will need to re order.
It is illegal to ship Dangerous Goods via Australia Post. Our preferred freight company is Toll IPEC; your order can be tracked and traced to your door. CLICK HERE to track your parcel using your consignment note number as the reference. If you require your consignment note number or have any problems tracking your parcel please contact us.
Any item deemed defective by Adelaide Moulding & Casting Supplies will be replaced or a credit applied. Notification of defective products must be made to Adelaide Moulding & Casting Supplies within 7 days of receipt by email and photo's supplied where possible. Any product selections suggested by Adelaide Moulding & Casting Supplies employees are given to the best of their knowledge on information supplied to them by the manufacturer. Returns will not be accepted as a result of these selections. Manufacturer's instructions must be strictly adhered to. Returns will not be accepted as a result of not following these instructions.
All goods are insured, covering damage in transit within
Usually if delivery cannot be made, Australia Post and couriers will leave a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item but this cannot be taken for granted. If delivery cannot be made you will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred even though you may not receive the item.
