Description
F-115 is a very easy to use polyurethane resin. It resists moisture absorption, and cures at room temperature. F-115 is highly resilient, stretchy and tack free. F-115 is a fast de-moulding system, it is able to be demoulded in 2-3 hours. It can be hand or machine cast for moulds for plaster and concrete, electrical potting and encapsulation, impact absorbing pads or protective surfaces and skins and soft flexible linings. This urethane has a Shore A hardness of 15, a pot life of 6-7 minutes and is demouldable in 2 – 3 hours. Release agents that can be used with polyurethane are J-Wax and Stoner E302.
Please note that this product can NOT be cast into moulds made of condensation cured silicones.
