Description
Illuminous Powder allows you to create your own glow in the dark products. Mix powder with clear mediums such as clear paint base, epoxy resin and polyester resin. It can be mixed with white paint bases but this will lower the intensity of the after glow. Paint bases that are darker then white will dramatically reduce the after glow. When mixing glow powder, do not grind (crush) the glow powder, as this will reduce the particle size, and produce a lower after glow.
