301D (24ltr) 5:1 Ratio West System® Dispensing Pumps are to be used with 105 Resin and either 205 Fast or 206 Slow Hardeners only.

West System® brand pumps mount directly onto 105 Resin 20 litre bottle and the 4 litre Hardener container. They are calibrated to dispense the correct ratio of resin and hardener with a single full stroke of each pump.

Installation

Prior to installation, insert the extension into the 4.8 litre and 24 litre pack RESIN pump. Remove the container lid and replace with the pump: the smaller pump to hardener – and the larger pump to resin.

  • One full stroke of each dispenses 35m.
  • Pumps can be transferred to new packs as needed.
  • Resin pump can be cleaned with 2 part methylated spirits, 1 part white vinegar.
  • Hardener pump can be cleaned with water (dry thoroughly).
  • Periodically check mix ratio.
