Worbla’s® Flame Red Art

Description

Worbla’s® FlameRed Art is a material specifically designed where extra safety measures are required. It removes the need to paint or coat with a flame retardant coating. Very similar to the Worbla’s® Finest Art, but incorporating a flame retardant component, making it an excellent option where extra safety measures are required such as Theatres, Schools and other locations.

Worbla’s® FlameRed adheres to itself, is reusable and stretches to take complex curves. The tearing point for Worbla’s® FlameRed Art is higher than most of our other Worbla opaque products. Worbla’s® FlameRed Art is more expensive due to the extra steps in manufacturing. When the flame resistance is not needed, standard Worbla’s® Finest or Black Art will meet most needs.

Please Note:
The fire retardant rating is a safety feature only in case of accidental flame or spark. Do NOT set Worbla’s® FlameRed Art on fire to test this or use it in any prop that includes live fire. Worbla’s® FlameRed Art is not ‘fireproof’ and was first created for film and stage shows that have specific safety codes that are a requirement.Worbla’s® FlameRed Art has been tested and certified in Europe to DIN standards.
