Description

Procast® is a two component rigid urethane casting compound. It cures to approximately Shore 65D and is tan in colour. Procast® is rapid setting and demonstrates more flexibility than other similar materials. Procast® is compatible with a wide range of fillers and can reproduce intricate detail as a result of its low viscocity. The system is easy to use with a 1:1 mix ratio and has a low setting exotherm temperature of only 77°C. Procast® can be demoulded in 1-3 hours dependent on cast thickness.

Pot Life: 5 minutes
Demould Time: 1-3 hours
Shelf Life: 6 months in unopened containers @ 24°C
