The amcsupplies.com.au website is owned and operated by Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies (ACN 008 290 837). By accessing any areas of this website you agree to be legally bound and abide by the terms and conditions set forth below.
1. Your Account
1.1 – The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, and restricting access to their computer.
2.1 – The customer is responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
3.1 – Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their discretion.
2.1 – The customer may place an order for one or more products on the website for a minimum purchase of $11 (inclusive of GST).
2.2 – All prices quoted on this website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are fully inclusive of government taxes (GST). International orders will have the GST removed at time of checkout.
2.3 – The purchase price for the products and any other fees and charges identified must be payed by the customer at the time the order is placed.
2.4 – Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies reserve the right to refuse to accept an order in whole or in part.
2.5 – If Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies elect not to accept an order, then we will endeavour to promptly refund any amounts paid by the customer for that order.
2.6 – During the event of a sale, if a coupon code is not entered upon check out, Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies will not honour the discount.
2.7 – During the event of a sale, a customer cannot refund or exchange a product bought 7 days prior to the sale and re-purchase the same product because it is cheaper during the sale period.
2.7 – An email confirmation of the order will be forwarded to the customer. Due to the nature of the internet, Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies cannot guarantee receipt of this email. Please add email@example.com to your contact address book to ensure emails are not sent to spam or blocked by your firewall.
2.8 – To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the order has not been shipped, it will immediately be cancelled. A 20% handling fee will apply if the order has already been packed for shipment. If the order has been shipped, the guidelines for return will be as per our refund policy.
2.9 – The customer consents to receive an invitation to review their order.
3.1 – Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express via our secure online ordering system (eWay).
3.2 – Paypal is available to customers wishing to use it as their preferred payment method.
3.3 – Credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed. The merchant name that will appear on your credit card statement is AMCSupplies Pty Ltd.
3.4 – Payment of orders can also be made via direct debit or electronic funds transfer to our nominated bank account. Use the online order number as the reference for your EFT payment. Please allow a minimum 48 hours for these transactions to clear into Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies account.
3.5 – The customer will be emailed a tax invoice, which specifies the total fees and charges for the products in the order.
3.6 – An order will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
4.1 – The customer must only use the products in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification. Technical Data Sheets and Material Safety Data Sheets are available upon request.
4.2 – The products as pictured on this website may vary from time to time.
4.3 – The colour of products as pictured on this website may vary depending on the customer’s computer monitor.
4.4 – If a product itself is not as described, the customer’s sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
5. Stock Availability
5.1 – Products offered on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
5.2 – Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies shall endeavour to supply all products published on the website. However, there may be unavoidable occasions when all or part of an order cannot be fulfilled immediately or all or part of an order cannot be fulfilled at all.
5.3 – Where part of an order cannot be fulfilled immediately, the part that can be supplied shall be dispatched as soon as possible.
5.4 – Where part of an order cannot be fulfilled at all, the customer shall be advised as soon as possible and any payment already received for the unavailable products shall be refunded to them.
5.5 – Products shall be removed from this website as soon as Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies become aware that those products are unavailable.
6.1 – This website may contain links to other websites on the internet that are run by third parties. Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies are not responsible for the operation or content of these websites.
6.2 – If you wish to establish a link to this website, you must first gain approval from Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies. If Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies agrees to your proposed link, you must comply with any terms and conditions imposed by Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies as a condition of such agreement. 7.2 – The customer acknowledges that nothing in these terms and conditions grants the customer any intellectual property rights.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
8.1 – Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies disclaim all warranties with regard to the information and applications contained on this website and of your use of this website.
8.2 – Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies, its contractors, agents or employees disclaim liability for any damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this website.
9.1 – These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. In the event of a dispute you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia and the Federal Court of Australia.
10. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
10.1 – Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time as they see fit.
Delivery and Click & Collect
1.1 – Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies shall always endeavour to use the best form of transport to deliver your order, to ensure prompt delivery and competitive pricing.
1.2 – Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies shall endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2-4 days of receiving payment.
1.3 – Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies will only ship orders made through this website to the Shipping Address specified by the customer as entered on the order. If the Shipping Address is incorrect, incomplete or you change your Shipping Address after the order has been processed, a re-delivery fee shall apply.
1.4 – Orders shipped via courier may be delivered anytime during their normal business hours. Courier companies do not guarantee a time and date of delivery. Any delivery times on the Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies website are a guide only, as supplied by the courier companies. Please use your consignment number to track your parcel on the chosen courier company’s website.
1.5 – To ensure you receive the parcel and it is not damaged, it must be signed for on delivery. Use an alternative delivery address e.g. work address, if someone over the age of 18 cannot be in attendance to sign for the parcel.
1.6 -In the circumstance that customer’s permission is given to leave the delivered parcel unattended, Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any stolen parcels and will not be held accountable to replace the goods.
1.7 -Dangerous goods CANNOT be delivered unattended and needs to be signed for upon delivery.
1.8 – If the customer is not at the address provided when the courier arrives, they may receive a calling card detailing collection of their order from the courier company. Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies cannot guarantee that a calling card will be left.
1.9 – If the courier is Toll Freight and the customer is not at the delivery address when the courier arrives, the parcel will be returned to the Toll Freight depot in their region. By prior arrangement, the customer can collect the parcel from the Toll Freight depot at no cost. Toll Freight charges a re-delivery fee of $27.50 +gst, chargeable to the customer. Contact Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies to arrange payment and the re-delivery of the order.
1.10 – If the courier is Couriers Please and the customer is not at the delivery address when the courier arrives, the parcel will be returned to the Couriers Please depot in their region. By prior arrangement, the customer can collect the parcel from the Couriers Please depot at no cost. The customer can also contact Couriers Please to arrange a suitable redelivery time, also at no cost. IF re-delivery is to a different delivery address, a $12.50 + gst fee applies, chargeable to the customer. Contact Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies to arrange payment and the re-delivery of the order.
1.11 – If the courier is Australia Post and the customer is not at the delivery address when the courier arrives, the parcel will be returned to the local Post Office for the customer to collect.
2. Click & Collect
2.1 – The customer can elect to pick up their order from Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies, 7 Woodlands Terrace, SA 5039, or arrange their own courier to present to the store by selecting the “Click and Collect” option at the checkout.
2.2 – If electing to use their own courier, the customer is responsible for arranging documentation and pick up or the parcel with the courier and paying all courier fees. Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies hands title of the goods to the customer when the order is dispatched from their warehouse. It is the customer’s responsibility to insure against theft and damage.
2.3 – Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies shall notify the customer by email once the order is ready for collection. Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies is not responsible for any waiting fees charged by the courier company if they arrive prior to this email notification.
2.4 -If the order is not collected within 14 days from date of purchase, a second reminder email will be sent. If the goods are not collected after 30 days from reminder email, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued via your original payment method, and a handling fee of 20% will be charged.
3.1 – The shipping fee is calculated based on the details of each order. Size, weight and shipping address are all taken into account in the calculation of the shipping fee.
3.2 – The website shipping fees are an indication only. Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies reserves the right to recalculate shipping fees once the paid order has been received if the website calculation is incorrect.
3.3 – An order will not be shipped until payment has been received in full.
4. Dangerous Goods
4.1 – Some products available on this website are classified as dangerous goods and shipping fees for orders containing these products shall attract a surcharge included in the shipping fee.
4.2 – It is illegal to send dangerous goods via Australia Post. A street address is required for orders containing these products as they shall be sent via courier only.
4.3 – Dangerous goods cannot be shipped to addresses outside of Australia.
4.4 – Due to the nature of these products, dangerous goods cannot be left at an address without a signature being obtained at the time of delivery. Please refer to Shipping 1.7, 1.8 and 1.9 above.
4.5 – Due to Australian Dangerous Goods Transport Regulations certain classes of products cannot be shipped together. One order may involve several boxes delivered at different times and / or days.
5. International Orders
5.1 – International orders may incur customs, import duties and other government charges on arrival in your country. Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies have no control over these fees as they are determined by the customer’s countries regulations and compliances. The customer ordering the goods is responsible for paying all these fees prior to receiving the order. If the customer does not pay these fees and the order is abandoned Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies shall not be responsible for any resulting loss of funds. Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies cannot mark international orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any government fees as this is an illegal practice.
5.2 – Any refunds shall be made in Australian Dollars. Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies shall not be responsible for any discrepancy of currency due to the changing exchange rates.
5.3 – Please note not all International postage services include the ability to Track and Trace. Please refer to this Australia Post link as a guide when choosing your postage service.
5.4 – Australia Post do not have the ability to provide a Track and Trace service to all international destinations.
6. Track and Trace
6.1 – Once an order has been shipped, tracking information shall be emailed to the customer if available.
6.2 – Go to the website of your chosen courier company where you can enter your tracking information to track your parcel.
6.3 – If you are not satisfied with the delivery progress of your parcel, please contact Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies.
7. Risk and Title
7.1 – Risk and title of an order passes to the customer at the time and date the order is collected by the courier company.
7.2 – The customer acknowledges and agrees that any person at the shipping address who receives the order is authorised by the customer to do so.
8. Faulty Products
8.1 – If the customer believes the products they have received are faulty they must notify Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies within seven days of receiving their order by email.
8.2 – The customer is to return the faulty products to Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies for testing at the expense of the customer.
8.3 – Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies will test the product and if deemed faulty they shall refund the customer the return shipping cost and either refund the cost of the products or replace the products.
8.4 – If Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies finds there is no fault with the products the customer shall be required to pay for the shipping to return the products to them.
8.5 – Any product selections suggested by Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies employees on customer requirements are given to the best of their knowledge on information supplied to them by the manufacturer. The customer shall purchase suggested products at their own risk. Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies suggest the customer always purchases a small quantity of the product first and complete a test to ensure it meets their required specification and results before purchasing a larger quantity and/or going ahead with their actual project.
9. Damaged Products
9.1 -Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies endeavour to package the goods as well as we possibly can before sending the parcels out.
9.2 – Once the parcel leaves Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies warehouse, we are not responsible for any breakages or damages incurred by the couriers during transit.
9.3 – If the customer believes the products they have received are damaged they must notify Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies within 24 hours of receiving their order by email with a description and photos of the damaged products.
9.4 – Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies will organise a credit (excluding freight charges) into the customer’s account to be used in the next transaction.
9.5 – Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies do not re-send replacement for damaged goods.
9.6 – Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies reserve the right to have the damaged products returned at their expense.
9.7 – Once the damaged products have been returned, Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies shall send replacement products at their expense.
9.8 – Please note that when signing for goods from the courier, you are acknowledging that the goods are undamaged and in good order. Always add the words “subject to inspection” when signing courier documents.
10. Missing Products
10.1 – If the customer believes a product is missing from their order they must notify Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies within 24 hours of receiving their order by email.
10.2 – If Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies believe the product was sent they shall notify the customer, giving instructions on where to find the product.
10.3 – If Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies determine that the product was missed, we will organise a credit (excluding freight charges) into the customer’s account to be used in the next transaction.
11. Change of Mind
11.1 – Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies do not accept returns for change of mind.
11.2 – Sale products and not eligible for refund or exchange, unless the product is faulty
12. Changes to these Terms and Conditions
12.1 – Adelaide Moulding and Candle Supplies reserve the right to change the shipping and returns terms and conditions at any time as they see fit.
12.2 – Terms and conditions shall not be changed for existing orders. The terms and conditions that will apply to the order are the terms and conditions that applied at the time the order was placed.
