West G-Flex Epoxy Hardener

Description

G-Flex® 650 Hardener is formulated for use with G-Flex® 650 Resin. It is a toughened, versatile, liquid epoxy which will cure at room temperature for permanent waterproof bonding of fibreglass, ceramics, metals, plastics, glass, damp and difficult-to-bond woods. With a modulus of elasticity of 1075 MPa, it is more flexible than standard epoxies and polyester.

It is much stiffer than adhesive sealants.  G-Flex® has the ability to make structural bonds that can absorb the stress of expansion, contraction, shock and vibration. It is ideal for bonding dissimilar materials. It can be modified with West System® fillers and additives, and can also be used to wet-out fibreglass reinforcements. G-Flex® 650 is ideal for repairing leaks in aluminium boats, repairs to polyethylene and ABS canoes and kayaks, wooden boats, and household and sporting equipment.

G/flex 650 is a two-part system with a user-friendly 1:1 mix ratio and it is available in easy-to-dispense squeeze bottles.
